Our words make worlds.
The Language Acts and Worldmaking series explores how the languages we use affect the way we think and feel about ourselves, about other people, and about the world around us. The series was born from the Language Acts and Worldmaking flagship project whose aim is to regenerate and transform modern language learning by foregrounding language’s power to shape how we live and make our worlds.
